›Are my files uploaded?
No. Roost PDF runs entirely in your browser: your files are processed on your own device and never sent to a server. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it keeps working. We only count anonymous page visits (Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies); your files and their contents are never sent anywhere.
›Why didn't my file get smaller?
PDFs that are mostly text, or already optimised, have little left to squeeze. Roost PDF never gives you a bigger file.
